{"id":3358,"date":"2024-09-05T23:33:40","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T21:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fullstockfileservice.com\/?p=3358"},"modified":"2024-09-05T23:33:44","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T21:33:44","slug":"ford-focus-rs-mk2-305ch-en-stage-2-ethanol-e85","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fullstockfileservice.com\/?p=3358","title":{"rendered":"Ford Focus RS MK2 305ch en Stage 2+ ethanol E85"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contact\u00e9 par son propri\u00e9taire afin de r\u00e9soudre un manque \u00e9vident de puissance, l&rsquo;investigation sur cette Focus nous \u00e0 donn\u00e9 quelques surprises. \u00c0 son arriv\u00e9e, cette Focus \u00e0 du mal \u00e0 prendre des tours, et \u00ab\u00a0broute\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e8s que la pression de turbo d\u00e9passe 400 grammes. Initialement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par Motortech \u00e0 380ch, le propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 par la suite fait appel \u00e0 un mappeur du Gard pour une conversion \u00e9thanol. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9, il a imm\u00e9diatement ressenti un manque de puissance, justifi\u00e9 par le mappeur car les injecteurs 630cc sont un peu juste (et ceci dit, pour un stage 2+ c&rsquo;est effectivement le cas). Apr\u00e8s lecture de la carto du Gardois, c&rsquo;est tout simplement \u00ab\u00a0un flex\u00a0\u00bb que nous trouvons, sans aucune modification de puissance, ni m\u00eame un r\u00e9glage correcte des injecteurs 630cc ou des pi\u00e8ces en place!!!<\/p><p>On part donc d&rsquo;une base \u00ab\u00a0clean\u00a0\u00bb car il est bien plus facile de modifier un fichier proche de l&rsquo;origine qu&rsquo;un fichier modifi\u00e9 dans tous les sens !<\/p><p>Avec pour objectif de revenir au minimum aux 380ch d&rsquo;avant et id\u00e9alement passer la barre des 400ch, nous devons reprendre quelques modifs indispensable :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Injecteurs Deatchwerks 1000 cc<\/li>\n\n<li>Bougies sp\u00e9cifiques pour 400ch<\/li>\n\n<li>Remplacement de la dumpvalve FORGE par une HKS SSQV<\/li>\n\n<li>Suppression du d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre \/ d\u00e9cat \/ sonde arri\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul><p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que je progresse en couple et en puissance, j&rsquo;atteins les limites du ch\u00e2ssis et d\u00e9c\u00e8le un probl\u00e8me de motricit\u00e9 li\u00e9 aux r\u00e9glages des combines filet\u00e9s KW ! Je fais donc appel \u00e0 mon ami St\u00e9phane de POUDREL RACING (oui oui, le super pilote de VHRS St\u00e9phane POUDREL) et apr\u00e8s quelques r\u00e9glages bien cibl\u00e9s, le comportement est transform\u00e9 et enfin, cette focus redevient efficace \u00e0 l&rsquo;attaque et confortable en toute condition !
